Who we are
Auto Report is a web application that helps authorized users pull Meta Ads performance data and write selected report rows to Google Sheets. The service is operated by the owner of this domain. Contact: sam810929@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the reporting workflow:
- Account information, such as your email address or Meta account identifier.
- Meta data, such as Meta access tokens, authorized ad account IDs, ad account names, selected reporting metrics, and Meta Ads Insights data required to generate your reports.
- Google data, such as Google access tokens, refresh tokens, spreadsheet IDs, sheet names, and the authorization needed to write reports to the Google Sheets you select.
- Report configuration data, including date ranges, schedules, selected metrics, destination sheets, run status, timestamps, and error messages.
- Technical data, such as server logs, request metadata, and security events used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Authenticate users and maintain a signed-in session.
- Read Meta Ads data that you have authorized the app to access.
- Write generated report rows to the Google Sheets you choose.
- Run manual and scheduled reports.
- Show report status, error messages, and configuration history.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug failures, and comply with law.
Google user data and Limited Use
Auto Report's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible in this application, specifically connecting Google Sheets and writing advertising report data to spreadsheets selected by the user. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, credit decisions, or transfer it to data brokers or advertising platforms.
Meta data
We use Meta data only to provide the reporting features requested by the user. This includes reading authorized Meta Ads account and campaign performance data, generating reports, and showing the status of those reports. We do not sell Meta platform data or use it for third-party ad targeting.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens and report configuration data are stored in Supabase. The application uses HTTP-only session cookies for signed-in users. Server credentials and service-role keys are used only in server-side code and are not exposed to the browser. Google access tokens are refreshed before report runs so long-running jobs can complete reliably.
Third-party services
Auto Report uses third-party services to provide the application:
- Meta Marketing API for authorized Meta Ads reporting data.
- Google APIs and Google Sheets for spreadsheet authorization and writes.
- Supabase for database storage and server-side administration.
- Google Apps Script for report processing and spreadsheet writes.
- Vercel or another hosting provider for application hosting.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account, OAuth, report configuration, and run history data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the application. You may request deletion by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. If we materially change how we access, use, store, or share Google or Meta user data, we will update this page and request any additional consent required by law or platform policy before using the data in a new way.
