Remove Auto Report from Meta
If you connected Auto Report to a Meta account, you can revoke access from your Meta settings:
- Open Facebook or Meta account settings.
- Go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Auto Report and choose Remove.
Removing the app revokes Auto Report's future access to your Meta account. It does not automatically delete data already stored in Auto Report, so you may also send a deletion request using the instructions below.
Disconnect Google access
You can revoke Google access from your Google Account security settings by removing Auto Report from third-party apps with account access. This prevents future Google Sheets access by the app.
Request deletion from Auto Report
To request deletion of data stored by Auto Report, email sam810929@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:
- The email address used with Auto Report.
- Your Meta app-scoped user ID, if available.
- The Google account or spreadsheet connection you want removed.
- Any report configuration names that help identify your data.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize data such as:
- Meta access tokens and Meta user or ad account identifiers.
- Google access tokens and refresh tokens.
- Report configurations, schedules, and destination sheet references.
- Run history and error messages that can reasonably identify you.
Timing and exceptions
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained if required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or if it has been aggregated or anonymized so it no longer identifies a user.
